Our practice is working with Take Shape For Life, a medically based weight loss program. In addition to a supervised food intake plan, this program also features a personal health coach. It has been endorsed by John Hopkins Medical College. Commonly there is a 2-5 pound weight loss per week with a well-established plan to keep weight off subsequent to reaching weight goal.
