Payment is expected at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made with the Business Manager. Our office accepts cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. If a check is presented for payment of services and is not honored by the financial institution due to insufficient funds, the patient will be billed bank charges and an administrative fee of $10.00.

Self Pay

All patients without insurance are expected to pay for the visit in full at the time of service.

If you do not see your carrier listed, please call your insurance company or our office to verify participation. Our office participates with 200+ insurance carriers, if we are not actively participating in your insurance, you may ask to speak with the office administrator to inquire about us becoming a participating provider.
